Bruce is a respected and successful sales, business development and marketing professional with more than thirty years of experience across a multitude of industries from financial services and FMCG through to manufacturing, industrial, education and Government services. As a Senior Executive Advisor responsible for Workforce Development, Bruce works with clients on developing HR, skills and talent management solutions both internally and externally. This crosses both Sustain Recruitment and Education services and allows Bruce to provide clients with a total end to end solution. More specifically Bruce is able to bring a cross section of skills where he understands the differing needs between smaller organisations and much larger counterparts. Indeed, Bruce has owned and operated his own businesses and carries within him an entrepreneurial streak that provides a depth of insight to clients that many other advisors and sales professionals are unable to demonstrate.  

Bruce also has a significant body of experience when it comes to developing sustainable business solutions that enable organisations to reduce bottom line costs while streamlining business processes both directly and indirectly through the supply chain. This is best demonstrated thanks to his work in building central supply clusters for more than 100 Caltex Service Outlets across Australia. On the employment and education side he has placed more than 300 people into direct jobs, mentored and coached more than 1,000 over the last few years – his focus being on the provision of sustainable long term employment outcomes that meet the needs of workers and employers alike.

Bruce and the community: Bruce is an active member of the community where he has been involved in some creative and innovative programs such as Youth Connect on the Central Coast of New South Wales where he is a member of the Partnership Advisory Committee. In a professional capacity he has designed and delivered training courses to youth at risk and the long term unemployed and is a very active member of the National Broadband Networks Regional Committee Support Group.
