Workforce health check: The workforce health check is a service we provide to organisations who want to take stock of what the current state of its human capital is. It may be the case you are about to embark on a change management program and need visibility of the talent you must retain or needs to be repositioned, alternatively if a team changes, who stays and who goes. A health check can also look at organisational learning and development strategies, the HR process and improving or refining it, culture and performance management. A key point of difference with our workforce health check is the presence of outputs. Workforce project management: This is a unique service in so far as it allows you to solve the problem of managing multiple projects whereby temporary workforces are required. In this model we provide you with the necessary workforce, manage them and all of the HR and OH&S processes that fall around it. So, if your project is due to start in a specific date, we work with you to have the workforce in place and as the project concludes we either transition the workforce to a new project within your business or we transition them into a project elsewhere  - either way, we take care of every element of workforce management and you focus on project management, deliverables and execution.
